Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 g calamari
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 large egg
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the egg in another bowl until frothy.
  4. Dip each piece of calamari into the beaten egg, then coat it with the flour mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated calamari in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overcrowded. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  6. Cook the calamari for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Prepare the aioli by mixing mayonnaise with crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
