Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel Camembert cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 100 g turkey lardons
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 1 onion onion
  • 1 egg yolk egg yolk
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste fresh thyme (optional)

Method
 

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the turkey lardons and sliced onions until golden and translucent.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roll out the puff pastry and place the Camembert in the center, adding the potatoes and lardons around it; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling, seal the edges, and brush with egg yolk.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
