- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and cool before dicing.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add diced onion and turkey lardons, cooking until golden.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and roll out puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
