  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic.
  3. In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter, then press firmly into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
