  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic to create the garlic butter mixture.
  3. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the garlic butter mixture, then press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coating.
  5. Place the coated chicken onto the prepared baking sheet and repeat with all pieces.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
