  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Turmeric optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs optional, for extra crunch

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower and toss until well seasoned.
  4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Once done, let the cauliflower cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Optionally, squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top before serving.
