- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower and toss until well seasoned.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, let the cauliflower cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Optionally, squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top before serving.
