Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice and a pinch of cumin before serving. This dish is great for potlucks and game-day parties. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. When reheating, add a splash of water or broth to maintain moisture. For a spicier version, include jalapeño or red pepper flakes; for added veggies, toss in bell peppers or zucchini.
