- Generously season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until the butter melts and foams.
- Place the steaks in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the lobster meat, heavy cream, and seafood broth, mixing well.
- Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add a splash of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Plate the steaks and generously spoon the shrimp and lobster cream sauce over the top.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
