- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold until no streaks of flour remain.
