- Prepare or warm your crepes.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
- Toss in diced ham and let it mingle with the mushrooms and onions.
- Pour in sour cream and season with salt and pepper, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spoon the filling onto each crepe and roll them up snugly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in a baking dish, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes until golden.
