- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
- Carefully cut a horizontal pocket into each chicken breast and stuff each pocket generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until deep golden-brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with a squeeze of lemon juice.
