  • 12 large shrimp cleaned but with heads and shells left on
  • 100 g butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 Juice of lemon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • a drizzle olive oil for brushing
  • for serving lemon slices

Method
 

  1. Start by cleaning your shrimp, keeping the heads and shells intact.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mash until smooth.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
  4. Generously brush each shrimp with the garlic butter mixture and place them on the grill.
  5. Grill the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes per side until they are pink and slightly charred.
  6. Transfer the grilled shrimp to a serving platter, drizzle any remaining garlic butter on top, and add lemon wedges for serving.
