Ingredients
  

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 100 g Butter
  • A handful Fresh parsley
  • 500 g Gambas (prawns)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add finely chopped garlic and chopped parsley; let it infuse for a few minutes.
  3. Clean and devein the gambas, then place them in a large bowl. Pour the melted garlic butter over the shrimp, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
  4. Place the shrimp on the preheated grill and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden.
  5. Transfer the grilled shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
