- Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir constantly until fragrant.
- Add shrimp in a single layer to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink and opaque, flipping to cook evenly.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, stir to deglaze the pan. Toss in the cooked pasta and add reserved pasta water as needed for sauce consistency.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish and toss again. Serve immediately.
