- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

- Cook steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return steak to the skillet, toss in garlic butter, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Plate the mashed potatoes and top with steak bites. Garnish with parsley.
