Notes

For extra creamy mashed potatoes, add a splash of heavy cream or sour cream. Rest steak bites for a few minutes after cooking to ensure tenderness. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; for medium-rare, aim for 135°F (57°C). Store leftovers separately in airtight containers for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. For variations, consider adding sweet potatoes or using chicken instead of steak.
