- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream to the skillet with the garlic butter. Stir in the cubed cream cheese until melted and blended.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce and toss gently to coat.
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces. In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and tender.

Notes
For an extra flavor boost, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Consider adding a splash of white wine to the skillet for the Alfredo sauce for a more sophisticated flavor. High-quality ingredients, especially the cheese, will enhance the flavor of the Alfredo sauce. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and rehydrate the sauce with a splash of milk when reheating.
