- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions (5-7 minutes). Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Season the steak tips with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Return the steak to coat in the garlic butter and keep warm.
- In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth, adding Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the garlic cream sauce until well-coated.
- Serve the creamy tortellini topped with garlic butter steak, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
