  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50 g Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces
  • 4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Juice of one large lemon
  • 2 pinches Sea Salt
  • 2 pinches Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until butter melts.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in the pan, stirring constantly until golden.
  3. Add red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix to bloom the spices.
  4. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until pink and caramelized.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp and sprinkle chopped parsley; toss gently to coat.
