Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Medium-sized shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prep your ingredients.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, add to skillet, and cook until pink and tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine heavy cream, mozzarella, half the Parmesan, and cooked shrimp in a mixing bowl; stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  6. Mix panko breadcrumbs with remaining Parmesan and sprinkle over the shrimp mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown; garnish with parsley before serving.
