Ingredients
  

  • 6 ears green corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • to taste salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F). Peel the ears of corn and remove the kernels with a knife, then set them aside in a bowl.
  2. In a blender, combine the corn kernels, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Grease a large pan with butter. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for approximately 45-60 minutes, or until firm and golden on top.

Notes
