- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and chili flakes (if using). Whisk until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and generously brush the glaze over each fillet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, checking for doneness; salmon should flake easily but remain moist.
- About 5 minutes before the salmon is done, spoon more glaze over the fillets.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
