  • 1 lbs chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until mixed.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, tossing to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for best flavor).
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken tenders from the marinade and place them on the hot grill.
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  6. Transfer the grilled chicken tenders to a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
