Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 8 ounces Whole Wheat Pasta or your choice of pasta
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • optional Red Pepper Flakes
  • for serving Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground turkey.
  3. Brown the turkey, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
  4. Once nearly cooked through, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well; season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
