  • 4 fillets white fish (cod, tilapia, or halibut)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 zest lemon
  • 1 juice lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Lay the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously brush each fillet with the herb mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
