- Wash and dry chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss gently to coat evenly.
- In a bowl, mix flour, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- Toss the wings in the mixture until fully coated, shaking off excess flour.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place wings in basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, and continue for another 5 minutes while brushing with olive oil.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add crushed garlic and ginger.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, paprika, chili paste, chili flakes, water, and a pinch of salt, then let simmer for 8-10 minutes until thickened.
- Toss crispy wings in the sauce until generously coated and serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.

If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the wings at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
