Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil. Toss in the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear until browned and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, stir in honey and a splash of pasta water. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it with the beef and sauce until well combined. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
