Notes

For a leaner option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. Save time by preparing the meatballs ahead of time and refrigerating them for up to 24 hours before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added flavor and presentation. If desired, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a spicy kick!
