Ingredients
  

  • 4 chops pork
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 30 g butter
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes, then place them in salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season pork chops with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  4. Drizzle honey over the pork chops and garlic, coating the chops evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well-glazed.
  5. Drain the cooked potatoes, return them to the pot, add heavy cream and butter, then mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the Honey Garlic Pork with a generous dollop of creamy mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
