- In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.

- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
