Ingredients
  

  • 700 g sirloin steak cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cube the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  4. Add the honey and red pepper flakes to the skillet, stirring well to coat the steak bites evenly.
  5. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
