Method
- Preheat your oven to broil mode and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with olive oil.
- In a big mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, spices, salt, and pepper, mixing gently.
- Form the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs and arrange them on a greased rack over the baking dish filled with sauce. Drizzle olive oil on top and broil for 8–9 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook another 2–3 minutes.
- Lower the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), remove the rack, and nestle the meatballs into the sauce. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover the dish, place chunks of burrata on top of the meatballs, and return to the oven uncovered for 8–10 minutes until cheese softens. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

Notes
Consider using fresh mozzarella or ricotta if you can't find burrata. For a healthier option, ground turkey can replace chicken. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and enjoy!
