Ingredients
  

  • 227 g cream cheese, softened
  • 96 g jello cheesecake pudding mix
  • 240 ml whipped topping
  • 240 ml milk
  • 225 g crushed graham crackers or cookies (for crust)
  • 113 g melted butter (for crust)

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the jello cheesecake pudding mix and milk to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter to form the crust.
  5. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan or any pie dish.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  7. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or until set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
