  • 4 fillets white fish (such as cod, tilapia, or halibut)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 zest lemons
  • 1 juice lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel and place in a baking dish.

  4. In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh herbs, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Spoon the herb mixture over the fish fillets, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
