  • 1 lemon juice only
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Add the steak tips and toss to coat them evenly.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring the grates are clean and lightly oiled.
  4. Remove the steak tips from the marinade and let any excess liquid drip off.
  5. Place the steak tips on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. For medium-rare, the internal temperature should read 135°F.
  7. Let the steak tips rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
