- Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the beans, diced tomatoes, and any additional veggies. Let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Layer the cooked brown rice at the bottom of each jar, followed by the turkey chili. Top with shredded cheese or avocado slices if desired.
- Seal the jars tightly and store them in the fridge.
