Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned and no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Sprinkle the dried oregano and ground cumin over the cooked beef and stir to coat.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced Kalamata olives to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top and let it sit for a minute to melt slightly.

Notes

For a leaner option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. Feel free to use black or green olives instead of Kalamata olives if preferred.
