  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes
  • q.s. Olive Oil preferably extra virgin

Method
 

  1. Boil water for your pasta.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low until shimmering.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about a minute until fragrant (but not browned).
  4. Remove the skillet from heat while cooking the pasta.
  5. Drain the pasta, reserving at least a cup of pasta water.
  6. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet with the garlic-infused oil.
  7. Gradually add grated Parmesan, stirring continuously.
  8. Slowly pour in reserved pasta water, a few tablespoons at a time, until creamy.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  10. Toss everything together quickly and serve immediately.
