  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 250 g Noodles (e.g., ramen, udon, or spaghetti)
  • 2 Green Onions, Sliced
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth, mixing until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and toss well to coat.
  7. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and red pepper flakes if desired, then serve hot.
