Ingredients
  

  • 400 g ground beef
  • 4 units tortillas wheat or corn
  • 150 g shredded nacho cheese or cheddar
  • 1 unit onion thinly sliced
  • 1 unit red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp sour cream optional
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup guacamole optional

Method
 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and red bell pepper, sautéing until they soften.
  3. Crumble in the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring to coat the beef evenly.
  5. Add tomato sauce and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  7. Lay a tortilla on a clean surface and spread sour cream in the center if using.
  8. Spoon a portion of the spiced beef onto the tortilla, topping with cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  9. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  10. Repeat with remaining tortillas and serve immediately with guacamole.
