Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping) to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.

  3. Peel and slice the bananas.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced bananas, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Use a hand mixer to blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spoon the banana filling over the prepared crusts.
  7. Top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream.
