Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 cups crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • Loaf pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Spatula or wooden spoon
  • Plastic wrap

Method
 

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in the sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and salt to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Fold in the crushed digestive biscuits and marshmallows.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a lined loaf pan and press it down firmly.
  6. Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips evenly over the top and press them in gently.
  7. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
