Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of an 8x8 inch square pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. In another bowl, mix the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour over the graham cracker base and spread evenly.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over the coconut layer, spreading evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the chocolate has set. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes
