Ingredients
  

  • 200 g graham crackers
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 pinch cinnamon or nutmeg optional

  • Ziplock bag (optional)

  • Flat-bottomed glass or measuring cup
  • 9x13 pan or springform pan

Method
 

  1. Crush the graham crackers until finely ground using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter completely.
  3. Pour the melted butter over the crushed graham crackers and mix until it resembles wet sand.
  4. Test the mixture by squeezing a handful; it should hold together without crumbling apart.
  5. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan or springform pan using a flat-bottomed glass or measuring cup.
  6. (Optional) Chill the crust in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to help it set before adding the filling.
