Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1/2 cup Dried fruit e.g., cranberries, raisins
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup Seeds e.g., pumpkin seeds, chia seeds
  • pinch Sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats.
  2. Add your nut butter (or substitute) and your chosen sweetener.
  3. Mix until the oats are evenly coated with the binder.
  4. Stir in the dried fruit, chocolate chips, and seeds.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking pan.
  6. Refrigerate for about an hour to let it set.
  7. Cut into bars and enjoy!
