- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and cold butter. Mix with your hands until chunky crumbs form.
- Line a 24-25 cm round baking pan with parchment paper. Spread half of the crumble mixture evenly across the bottom.
- Spoon the Nutella onto the base and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the Nutella and gently press it down.
- Chill the cake in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely before slicing.
