Ingredients
  

  • 400 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 450 g Nutella
  • 150 g cold butter cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and cold butter. Mix with your hands until chunky crumbs form.
  2. Line a 24-25 cm round baking pan with parchment paper. Spread half of the crumble mixture evenly across the bottom.
  3. Spoon the Nutella onto the base and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the Nutella and gently press it down.
  5. Chill the cake in the fridge for 3 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely before slicing.
