  • 1.5 cups rice or diced potatoes
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, cilantro)

Method
 

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and desired spices for at least 30 minutes.
