Ingredients
  

  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream, for topping
  • 6 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed, for topping

Method
 

  1. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and chill in the fridge.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream; heat in 30-second bursts until smooth, then pour over the crust.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped cream and spread over the chocolate layer.
  5. Whisk pudding mix and cold milk in a separate bowl until thick, then spread over the cream layer.
  6. Spread remaining whipped cream over the pudding layer and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
