Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Rinse the mushrooms under cold water, pat them dry, and slice them thinly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, sliced mushrooms, thinly sliced onion, and cut-up sausages. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Toss until well-coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
