- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Stir until well blended.
- Spoon half of the oat mixture into jars or containers.
- Add your choice of fruit on top and layer with another layer of the oat mixture.
- Seal the jars tightly and place them in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
