  • 500 g small or medium-sized potatoes
  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half lengthwise or into quarters for larger ones.
  2. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, combine grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir until well blended.
  4. Brush each potato piece with olive oil and press the cut side into the parmesan mixture, then place them cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, rotating the tray halfway through.
  6. Once baked, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
